• Short Duration Block (Less than 2 Hours) — Member: $100.00 | Guest: $200.00

  • Ideal for brief meetings, corporate luncheons, or presentation groups.

  • Note: Does not include complimentary setup or teardown windows.

• Half-Day Block (2 to 4 Hours) — Member: $250.00 | Guest: $500.00

  • Great for bridal/baby showers and celebration dinners.

  • Includes 1 hour of complimentary setup time and 1 hour of cleanup time.

• Standard Block (5 to 8 Hours) — Member: $400.00 | Guest: $600.00

  • Perfect for larger parties, dances, and company events.

  • Includes 1 hour of complimentary setup time and 1 hour of cleanup time.

 

💒 Full-Weekend & Exclusive Building Packages

• Full-Day Block & Weddings (8+ Hours) — Member: $1,000.00 | Guest: $2,000.00

  • The ultimate stress-free wedding choice. The venue is fully available to you the evening prior for decoration/setup and the morning after for teardown.

  • No hourly overage charges apply and includes two dedicated staff members for weddings.

• Exclusive Full-Building Rental — Member: $1,500.00 | Guest: $3,000.00

  • Single-day option where the clubhouse is fully closed to outside guests and golfers during your event hours.

 

 

🍽️ Food, Bar, & Event Customizations

• Kitchen & Serving Equipment Rental: Member: $50.00 | Guest: $200.00

  • Covers full food prep access, appliances, and club dishware. This fee is fully waived if you choose a professional caterer serving out of our kitchen area.

• Dedicated Event Staffing: $25.00 / hour

  • Add dedicated team members to assist with your timeline, setup, or guest service.

• Premium Linen Rentals:

  • Tablecloths: $8.00 each | Cloth Napkins: $1.50 each

  • Linen orders must be finalized at least two (2) weeks prior to your event date.

 

 

🥂 Important Venue Policies

To ensure a spectacular experience for your guests and maintain our facilities, all renters must adhere to the following baseline rules:

• Booking Deposit: A non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of your base rental fee is required to secure and save your calendar date. The remaining balance must be settled on or before the day of your event.

• Bar & Alcohol Privileges: RTCC holds exclusive bar service rights. No outside alcohol is permitted anywhere on the premises without explicit written consent from the Course Manager. Outside wine/champagne is subject to a $25.00 corkage fee per bottle.

• Bar Schedule: Last call is strictly at 12:30 AM, and all alcoholic drinks must be cleared from the hall by 1:00 AM.

• Prohibited Decor: Glitter, beads, confetti, open-flame candles, tacks, nails, screws, and staples are strictly banned. Using these materials results in an automatic $250.00 damage and specialized cleaning fee.

• Clean-Up Responsibilities: Renters are responsible for standard post-event clean-up (gathering trash, clearing surfaces, stacking and putting tables/chairs away). Failure to complete the clean-up checklist results in a $150.00 deep cleaning fee.
